I have Windows ME on my computer (gasp) and I want to upgrade it to XP. ME runs terribly on my PC, and it locks up continuously, and the PC will not shut down. I am leery to buy an Upgrade from ME to XP because of those issues. I would really like to install XP from scratch, but that will cost more $$. Any suggestions? TIA.
