For a demonstration of what happens when you send a form to a server; when there are multiple forms on the page; etc. This was for a video in the VPM2Web course we give online, capturing the session in Camtasia. The next session will be AVFP setup, how it works, etc. And then we'll integrate the VPM application class directly into AVFP, using it was a web service to perform data actions for various thin clients and a thick client app.
