Gary,
This is sort of a guess only w/o having 2 monitors :)
It sounds you miss 2 things :
1) Command window, PEM sheet, document viewer, debugger etc are windows that you can take off main VFP window. I think you shouold be able to drag them onto 2nd monitor
2) What happens instead of clicking Maximize you drag the borders to size the VFP main to cover both ? I guess it'd work but the neighbouring margins of monitors would seem like a block in the middle:)
