Hi Bob,
The resx files are used by the VS.NET visual designer to display the visual contents of a file. You don't need them for deployment or even compiling the project. However, to make changes to a file that have a visual interface (like a form), the resx must be present.
>Does anyone have a link that will tell me about these resource files, what's in them, why they are there... I think they are for localization, but I want more info. Like, if I'm not using them, do they need to be there... etc?
