My Rotary Club has an Adopt a School program and I would like to contribute by finding and implementing a suitable open source school administration program. It need not be developed in VFP.

I have found several, but would appreciate any first hand recomendations.

Public schools in Panama tend to have few resources, so the package must not assume powerful machines constantly connected to internet.
