Strange; I wonder whether we are talking about the same thing.
I see the list of members who fulfil the criteria in the same window, underneath the search form.
I click on the button "Search members area", enter some search criteria, like "First Name begins with" = "xyz", and click on the upper magnifying glass ("Search" button).
