LOL! BTW, just yesterday I thought to put on my statistical hat for a moment, about these Prexy polls. And yes, individually, the polls are almost all within the margin of error. But they also almost always (for the past month or 2) have Kerry leading by about 2-3 points, on average.
If you take more than about 5 of these polls where Kerry averages a 2/3-point lead, you get a small enough error-margin where the 2-3 points is a "significant" margin of victory!
Of course, that's if the election were held at the hypothetical "today," which it's not...
