I had hoped this would be a "slam dunk" or that I could find sample code. Neither has proved to be true.

I have need to play MPG files in a VFP8 app. Steps taken so far...
1. Create a form with the WMPlayer.ocx.7 control on it.
2. Start the form using "DO FORM test NAME aaa".
3. Issue the command "aaa.oleMediaPlayer.url = 'c:\test.xx.mpg'".

The media player shows "Playing" and the timer (lower right corner) runs, but no video is displayed and the thumb does not move. The same video plays fine in Media Player when I double click the file.

Any help, code or a pointer to other threads, is greatly appreceiated.
