This should be straightforward, and unrelated to the version 1.2 update since these classe are project-level classes that did not get changed in the release.

Check the namespace of the ABusinessObject and ABusinessRule classes (located in your Business.cs or Business.vb file). If you are "using" or "importing" this namespace in your source code file you should definitely see the ABusinessObject and ABusinessRule classes in IntelliSense.
