the only way to comment a block is:
#IF .F. THEN
Some Lines that will not be compiled
...
#ENDIF
but this will not realy help, wouldn't it?

The only solution I can think of is to use a third party editor like Foldmaster that has syntax colouring and can "fold" blocks off code away.
