It can vary a lot. For instance, my temporary internet files are in:
C:\Archivos de programa\Opera7.5\profile\cache4
I don't think a standard Windows API would give you this folder.
Note: I also have Internet Explorer installed, but I seldom use it. I think that as soon as I find that the newest version of Opera, or Mozilla, works correctly with Cisco Networking Academy (which I need for my work), I will delete it.
