Well, I didn't reply the first time because I don't know of a third party tool that does this. You can use the Browser Control in a WinForm if you want to though, which may be enough.

My question for you is why would you want to "limit" a WinForm app to the functionality of a Web page? IMHO, users prefer the rich UI that a WinForm can give you as opposed to the limited functionality of a Web page.
