How do you resolve things like the database location, or other settings which may be global to the application? Do you create an object or run a procedure from inside the form that gets these items (from an .ini file, for example)?

I've had to resort to having an instance of oApp in the DE, the environment manager in VFP8 has made it more convenient, as I've got an environment set for each project. Pretty much identical for each, except the right oApp is created.
