Select a user account you want to change and then click on 'Change my .NET Passport' Once you do this, on the upper left you'll notice it says: 'Manage my Network Passwords.' Remove the ones you want to get rid of. I had to remove them all. Close that window and that should do the trick. Some people recommend you reboot after deleting the passport account but it's not necessary.
