To add to my previous message. I just did a test of running my ASP.NET pages from VS.NET (by selecting to run the page in the VS.NET Explorer). And this way the session does save and show the value.
You see, when you run ASP.NET page in the VS.NET, VS.NET runs the page with its own "version" of IE. And MSFT forgot to insert the bug in that version <g>. And there the cookie is created and no problem. Yet, when I run the page in IE outside VS.NET, there is a problem.
