OK, I like it: I think the current wording is more up-to-date.

Here are two more suggestions.

1) Cache issues:

I think that reloading the page is a less-drastic solution which should work in many cases. Suggested wording:

"We have found that most of the problems reported are being related to cache issues. At first, we suggest you reload the page with F5. If this doesn't work, clear the browser cache and restart the browser.

2) Opening new windows: Some browsers, like Opera - and even new versions of Internet Explorer - have built-in options for handling popup windows. Suggested wording, for the first paragraph:

"This applies to users using AdSubtract, Norton Internet Security, Zone Alarm, Spysubtract and MSN Messenger 6.2, as well as built-in popup blockers in some browsers."
Difference in opinions hath cost many millions of lives: for instance, whether flesh be bread, or bread be flesh; whether whistling be a vice or a virtue; whether it be better to kiss a post, or throw it into the fire... (from Gulliver's Travels)
