Hmmmm - I'm about out of ideas. Did you try the changes suggested in my last email? Is the file being written, even incomplete? If so, try doubling the timer interval. Any antivirus running? I'm convinced there is something in your environment that is stalling the download. What is your InBufferSize set to at present?
