Is there a way to detect when any window is opened or closed in the IDE(including code windows, visual classes, etc.) using BindEvent() or some other mechanism? I'm tired of using the Window menu to switch windows, so I'd like to create a Windows-style taskbar. If such a tool is already available, I'll gladly use it.
