I don't have a link handy, but you should search on the Crystal Knowledge Base for Citrix/Terminal Server tips. I'll send you a PDF by email that has some info. For security reasons, you may have to copy the contents of \Windows\Crystal (or \WinNT\Crystal) to \Windows\System32 (\WinNT\System32). That has worked for me in certain situations.
