Yeah I am sure there are quite a few people taking advantage of the system in Norway. It is a great system for the people that need it, but you will always have the people that take advantage of it. I am sure they are trying to reduce the number of people that are taking advantage of it, politicians usually bring that up around election time :)
Well it makes sense that there are more males since it is statistically a greater chance for a baby to be a male than a female (it is not a 50-50 chance but rather a 51-49 chance). The "lack" of women in Norway might be the reason I had to come to Wisconsin to find my bride :)
