I don't know how they can NOT be displayed <s>. DBF files that are part of a DBC are not 'hidden' in any way by VFP - they exist on disk as DBF files in the same way as free tables (except for an internal 'backlink'). Of course, if the file attribute has been set to 'Hidden' at the OS level then you won't see them (you won't using ADIR() either without the 'H' attribute). Are you really saying that you see DBF's in the listbox that are free tables and not those contained in a DBC ?
