Hi Terry.
1) To implement CDO.Appointment and CalendarMessage, CDOEX.DLL must be installed? To be honest, I have never worked with these classes, but I can see them in the object browser when I look at cdoex.dll in the object browser, so I assume that you need either cdoex.dll or cdosys.dll.
2) CDOEX.DLL is included with XP-Pro, but not Win2K?Win2k includes the option to install cdosys.dll (CDP for WIn2k), but as I recall it is an installation option and does not get installed by default. You have to choose to install it.
3) CDO.DLL on Win2K can be configured (?) to service "Appointment" and "Calendar" objects. providing Outlook is installed. That I do not know - but it is not cdo.dll, it is cdosys.dll.
WinDLL sells CDOEX.DLL (9 bucks), but doesn't that guy require Exchange be installed.No.
