Any com objects? Any procedures left open? Since it works the first time, but not on subsequent times it is curious. If you run the app with debug on do you see anything left in memory when the app exits?

This is a lot of things to check for.

What I can for now is that this is our framework application and it has run like that since years. I simply had weird results under XP. VFP crashes a lot under it.
