He could have done more, but I'm more inclined to think the media and legislator working against him had more to do with that. Not that I have strong opinions either way, but the reason I hopped in this thread was because I think he was a politician (though, not a career politician) who wasn't corrupt in the slightest sense, which was the question asked.

The fact that he's not a career politician probably has a lot to do with that.

At this point I'm more than likely going to write-in my Dad's name, but Nader is an option too, if only for that reason that he represents a unified front against the major parties.
