hmmm...your code is pretty similar to mine for the same task.

Only thing that sticks out is that I also do this...

CrystalDecisions.Shared.PdfRtfWordFormatOptions oFormat =  new CrystalDecisions.Shared.PdfRtfWordFormatOptions();

rpt.ExportFormatOptions = oFormat;

However, I removed that from my code and it still worked fine, as I'm really not using it for anything. Sorry I can't come up with anything else. Let me think about this.
