If you're still having this problem I'd try some lower-level checks:
- make sure your AV is fully up-to-date and run a full system scan
- run the error checker on your HD (CHKDSK or equivalent)
- if your RAM is on 2 or more sticks, try removing half to see if the problem persists (or changes). Or, try a RAM testing program and let it run for a while.
