Thanks Diane for the reminder. I did a test from the command prompt with SET PRINTER TO NAME then REPORT FORM. And it went to the correct printer. That made me realize that it has something to do with the location or the point when I'm calling the SET PRINTER TO command. I've found why SET PRINTER TO NAME "MYPRINTER" in not working after scrapping the printer information from the report. I've included SET PRINTER TO NAME "MYPRINTER" in the Init event of the report since it will only use this printer. When I move the command from the init event to right before REPORT FORM, the report is sent to the correct printer that is under condition in which printer info is scrapped from the report file.

Thanks everybody for your help.

Gratefully,
Dawa Tsering
