Privet! We've solved this problem by letting everybody run applications tru the "luncher", a special program which check a date and time of executable on network drive and if it's newer than existing one it copies a new one to their local drive and runs from there. And now I'm always able to build a new becouse it's available and enyone can exit application and run it again to get a last version. It works good.
