Sorry, Craig, but this is a falacy, because any company that is seling a product *just* to a bunch of people can say "that's" their target market, as an excuse for not selling to others.

What I understand by any company, producing developer tools, as their target market is developers, not just those that *still* use one of their tools (in this case, us).
