I could be wrong, but Gates is probably analyzing his business with those statements. Not ours. For example, how more times do we need to buy Microsoft Word?

Why is MS consumed with knocking off people like Google? Do people actually base a decision on whether or not to upgrade to a new OS on the existance of a search engine toolbar in the browser? Is that even something I want?
