SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 90 did it. It looks beautiful, though slow.

Notes: The "creating output..." window is stuck at 0% until report shows. Help topic of report form does not mention OBJECT clause. SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 90 is not in help file.
