I updated my MSXML to MSXML3 Service Pack 4
I was thinking about trying MSXML4, but was not sure as it seems slightly different and MSDN still offers both downloads!?

I'm pretty sure MSXML4 will work fine but using 3 is probably not the cause of the problem.
