Hi Sergey,

you've probably nailed it. Those keys are not in the registry and
the active desktop was probably never installed there.
Those machines are now fully patched IE6 -
probably need to be uninstalled and reinstalled after IE4.
At least I believe I still have IE4 with VS98 - sigh.
