Beeing trough this before, I don't think I can do much for you. If both object arguments of EVENTHANDLER() are valid (one is the report, the other the object which implements its interface)and it still returns .F., you've got no control in getting this to work.

As I said, you might download the latest mergefiles for CR 10 and distribute those with your application. I can confirm they do work.
