OK,
I think these are related to the same issue...

I think these environments may not be set up properly. Kevin supplied some default environments for these forms, but you may want to rebuild them to suit your dbc environment (e.g. database key from the metadbc is stored in the environment). I seem to remember at one point Kevin suggesting that developers do this when setting up these forms, and I also seem to remember recreating the DEs in the more distant past than I care to admit.

Long story slightly longer... rebuild the following environments, making sure to select the views you've created in each:
"userenvironment", "groupmembersenvironment". These are both in our aDataEnv.vcx library, BTW.

(I have a feeling "UserEnvironment" may be your culprit, because it's on both the Groups page mover as well as the User Groups Form, but recreating both of these should help)
