You can't do this directly because you cannot create a COM EXE with .Net. What you can do is create a COM DLL add forms to it and talk to the forms through it (although you will not get a message loop so this won't be for interactive use I think - haven't tried this). Alternately you can use a proxy DotNet DLL to communicate with a .NET Exe file.

A bit of work all of this... Direct support for creation EXE based servers surely would be nicer.
