Why are you not using fontmetric and sysmetric to calculate the number of spaces needed to position the screen name to the right?

>It wasn't the fonts...but you pointed me in the right direction. His setting under Appearance, Windows and Buttons was set to "Windows Classic Style" whereas mine was set to "Windows XP Style". He changed his...and voila...it display fine. Don't know if installing Access would change that...as he swears he hasn't touched it and it was working last week...but all is back to normal again.
