I only had one set of VFP Runtimes in the WinSysDir. They were the ones prior to SP1.
Do you know why the merge module with InstallShield Express does not overwrite them?
I ran the Install Shield package I built multiple times. After I deleted the old runtimes and then ran the package again I could run the test.exe.
