When I set property specialEffect of textBox to Hot Tracking, The Cursor will move to begining of text whenever the mouse is moved. This is unwanted behavior when user edit the text, eg. when user edit the 3th character of the text, but accaccidently the mouse was moved, then the cursor when jump to 1st char.

How to avoid this.]
