Since I still can't reproduce exactly what you are seeing, Jojo... some additional questions:

1) What behavior do you see when you set _reportbuilder=""?

2) What exactly steps do you follow to create the label after choosing "File New" report? (Do you use the report controls toolbar, Insert Control on the Report menu, or what?)

3) What is your operating system (you may have already said, I apologize) and your current default directory when running this code?
