Having bizare problem with excel files ...

After producing schedules files in excel with predefined pages for printing,
using W2000 machine - if I open the same file using W98 machine , all paging gets messed up...

When I open it from another W2000 machine paging is perfect as is on original machine.

Is there any way to preserve paging as designed originally
so it will be printed the same way on any machine ?

What is going on here ?
