In Installshield, always use 'self-register', never 'Extract Com' in the registration options. Check the list at:

You need everything except vfp8r.dll(I think I forgot to mention you the C++7 rntime if you're distributing ver 7/8/9). The good thing is that once it's setup in Installshield, you never have to worry about it again. The proof is that this works in the ActiveVFP setup flawlessly and has been downloaded and installed about 10,000 times! See Activevfp in the downloads - it includes the Installshield setup for the app...
