I believe that no, one of thing that you can do, is to change when you dblClick in the aspx file instead open design view you can open HTML view, in:

Tools/Options/HTML designer

I prefer to enabled "Show all files" option in project toolbar, and then to do click directly in the cs file, or right click to the aspx file and then click to the "View code" option on the popup.
