Are you sure about this ? I didn't even think an EXE had a GUID. I've only used ISX once or twice - we use full blown Installshield and the 'overwrite' options there are, as I remember, limited to either time/date or version numbering options.
I also just compiled an EXE twice with 'Generate New ID's' on the second one. Windiff couldn't tell them apart except for date..
