Interestingly, this does not happen with a couple of other users. One uses the application over a network (using Linksys router, file Server setup), and the other as a standalone. These two do not receive this error message. The one experiencing this message is on a hospital based network which has many levels of access restrictions, and this is where the error message seems to be coming from. Unable to undersandt why one works and the other displays this message.
