Thats what it was doing to me. I kept getting that internal error (using localhost) until I disabled ZoneAlarm on a hunch. When that worked, I checked it out on the ZoneLabs site and found that it was a known problem.

If it's not that, then I'm afraid I just don't know what to tell you. Sorry.
