Is the table you're checking a view?

>I am using VFP7 with the most recent service pack. I have a modal form set to buffermode =0 (none) and in the data environment the open tables are set to buffermodeoverride=use form setting (1). Yet, when I call cursorgetprop('buffering','tablename') it returns 3=optimistic row buffering. I cannot find anywhere in the code where I am changing anything having to do with buffermode. Help!
