You can follow the same suggestions in this thread with one small addition. Use some Print When logic on your lines and everything in the page header and page footer so they don't print on the same pages as the Terms and Conditions. Depending on which of the suggestion you follow, the logic could either look at the _PAGENO variable or one of the report variables that were used for this trick.
