Have you not considered using FTP, it'd be far simpler to develop and manage?

However, you can used PCAnywhere, or more specifically the SDK object in PCAnywhere that allows you to run/control dialup sessions. Once the "connection" has been created manually, which would automatically dial the remote location and transfer the required file, you need only create a scheduler style APP in VFP to make a procedure call to PCAnywhere that instructs it to dial-up the connection.
