Ok, I uninstalled the application and ran the setup program from the command line with the /V"ALLUSERS=2"

Now I get the message "The resource file in invalid. Overwrite it with an empty one?", to which I replied yes. Then I get a message "Cursor cannot be updated". I checked the folder and it is listed as "Read Only". I cannot reset the read only property when logged in as a limited user, and changing it when logged in as administrator does not change it for limited users.

What next? Is there anything I can do with Installshield to make XP installation easier? This seems so much more difficult than Win2K.
